Wish the Jazz went back to the purple/baby blue/white scheme with the mountains on the jerseys.

I don't see how people don't realize how much they overachieved this season

I just think a lot of things went their way in the regular season and in the playoffs.

They had a great season though, blew everybody including my expectations out of the water.

But there's a serious cap on how good a Dame and CJ led team can be IMO. Size matters and undersized scoring guards are normally not the best players on 50 win teams.
just Get a few NBA starting quality players in the front court n they'll be solid again next year

They're already upper echelon, they made the playoffs. What went so perfect for them this year? The fact that they won games?
It's not overachieving. You don't call the Warriors winning 73 games overachieving. You add any star caliber front court player to this team and they're a top 5 seed in the west.

Scott Skiles :{ :lol

re-signing Tobias Harris in the 1st place was bad move holding back AG and didn't give Moe Harkless a real shot

Idk if anyone can deny the fire of those sleeved ones.

What is solid though?

Do you think they'll be in the upper echelon of the conference with those additions?
They won 44 games in the west n were competitive in the playoffs starting aminu, Plumlee and harkless ...I mean look at their depth chart that shouldn't even be a playoff team ...u upgrade a few spots on the roster that's 50 wins cuz u know what dame n Cj gon give you ...now will they add quality players? Idk bout that but if they do next season is looking good for em

That Utah sleeved Jersey is top tier Jersey in the league man. May really have to get a Gordon Hayward.

Where is this undersized guards thing coming from? CP3 and Kyle Lowry don't count?

The guards were easy to slow cause they had no other real threats. You could trap them and use size to bother them with no worries. Not nearly as easy if you add an elite PNR or PNP threat.

Random, but There are few things on NT more entertaining than watching / reading the hate that laker fans on here have for 619destroyer

Blazers just had a good 3-4 in Batum/LMA, and they hit their ceiling each time, early playoff exits.

That doesn't even factor RoLo, Wes and Affalo.

They don't make it thru Rd 1 this year if not for CP3/Blake.

They fought hard, but unless they manage to lure a big free agent (they never have before) there isn't much growth for them in the near future.

Well I was in the middle of typing but this.

If they can lure another ball handler / shot creator with some size then that makes them a bit better but if they don't then I don't see them being a 50 win team. They benefited from a down year out west as well and still didn't hit 50 wins.

I love Dame and CJ, two of my favorite players in the L but it's pure "talented struggle" watching them chuck contested 3's over the iguodala's and Klay Thompson's of the world. Nothing easy. Entertaining, but unless they bring someone in to help I don't know if it's going to be a winning brand of basketball moving forward and I think it's more likely they fall further down the western conference ladder than penetrate upwards (pause).

That's not accounting for the defensive issues that are always there when starting a backcourt that small.
