Mo and west were good everything else sucked bad. That was the time where Lebby legit needed moar

7 years, down the drain smh

I hate all this betrayal BS. I wish this was like the old days, where superstars ride or die for their teams. This new generation doesn't know anything about that.

I understand the mindset of winning a chip, but really .. what if Jordan would of have bolted after he first two beating it took from Detroit... if Bird, Magic, Isiah, etc would of have bolted? ....

People like Barkley, Ewing, Dominik, Karl, Stockton, etc would of have never won anyways because of the loyal teams that stood together ...

Man ... if LeBron would of have rode the Cavs he never would of have been hated so much and I can bet he would of have had one or even two rings .....

Danny Ferry hired as a "special advisor" for the Pelicans.
Did he do anything positive with Cleveland?? All I remember is the shaq press conference where shaq showed the photo of him grabbing his halls
He wasted the beginning of Bron's prime:

Blew cap space on Larry Hughes, Donyell Marshall and Damon Jones. Didn't surround LeBron with young talent.

Only positives on his Cavs resume was trading for Mo Williams and Delonte West.
He whiffed on Ray, Joe, & Mike Redd then straight up panicked & wasted the rest of the cap space :lol

Terrible. Marshall was already 32 years old & they gave him 4 years :lol.

They never had legit cap space again after that.

On a semi-related note, would've loved to see how things would've panned out if Booz had stayed & Wagner stayed healthy.

Redd would have been cool. He was a local kid too (sort of).

Hard to believe he was apart of the 2008 Olympic squad. Damn near everybody else on the squad flourished the following years individually and team wise, but he tore his ACLs twice. :{

Redd had a STUPID 3 yr stretch from '05-'07. Dude was scoring on everybody. Gave Tay & Detroit like 27 a night in the playoffs that one year.

He was entertaining man.

He would have flourished with Bron too.
LeBron wouldn't have had to leave

Can I ask a question, why is there so much hate for CP3 on here?

He did much better in ATL though, I think he deserves a lot of credit there.

If he could do something similar in NO, there is hope for Anthony Davis career not being wasted.

Pretty sure if in Jordan's 5th or 6th after being whooped up on and the Bulls brought in whatever were the early 90s equivalent of a wash Shaq and underwhelming Antawn Jamison as the answer to win a title, and there was a chance to team up with...hmmmm....let's say Hakeem and Barkley, he probably would have. He very well "rode with the Cavs", and Shaq and Jamison were Grand Wizard Gilbert's answers. I'd rather take my chances with two other two players for the chance at a title then being in year 13, 14, 15, and being no more valuable to management than empty bag of Fritos. It's a business when it comes down to it, and GMs will trade/waive you for in a second if they feel like you don't hold value anymore and be better without you, so idk why people get mad at players who could possibly return the favor.

Jefferson will start at small forward and LeBron James will shift to power forward in a game James has already declared the Cavs must win. No team has ever rallied from an 0-3 deficit to win a playoff series in the NBA.

“We’ll be better tonight,” James said Wednesday. “I’m going to do whatever it takes to help our team win this ball game.”

Moving James into the post to start the game is intriguing. It gives the Cavs a better defender in pick-and-roll situations involving the Warriors’ Draymond Green and it stays consistent with the smaller lineups Lue has been trying to use in this series.

from Jason Lloyd, Cavs writer

Jefferson at the 3 will be a struggle to keep up defensively too though now? That right there by itself, despite shifting Lebron to the 3? They've created a new hole via patching another one/adjusting to Love's injury for this game at least.

I really like Paul Pierce's potential as an analyst. He just tells it like it is and he seems comfortable on camera from what I've seen of him so far. All three of those guys honestly have a chance to be pretty good.
