2018/19 Philadelphia 76ers Thread: The Process Continues

Yeah Porter is a slightly better version of RoCo except that he's more than 2.5x the price.

I still believe in Fultz but BB does not put him in any position to succeed. Nor does Brown put anyone else in position, his rotations make no damn sense. Too many times all 3 of Embiid, Simmons and Bulter are on the bench at the same time

Been over Brett for a while lol..his lineup decisions absolutely baffle me sometimes

We are literally a couple quality role players and a HC away from being an elite squad
Just a HC away from being elite lol

Of all the guys we’ve drafted, none were actually developed outside of Embiid. Ben is the same guy. Fultz leash is shorter than his range. TLC sucked, Korkmaz has the same flaws of being weak, Jah LOL, Holmes nope etc

I like Zhaire but idk if he’d be developed to his ceiling under BB

Yea its a bunch of craziness. The Zhaire thing is much much worse and the team is sweeping that under the rug

What do you mean worse? The guy had a second food allergy he probably didn't know he had. Was already allergic to peanuts, but happen to be the same to sesame. Food allergies happen to a lot of people who don't know they have one until it actually happens. I'm taking the pessimistic look here, but he probably never had sesame before on anything, and he ate something where it came in contact with and had the allergic reaction so much he needed the thoracoscopy. As someone who is lactose intolerant, alleriges SUCK!! I can have ice cream, or cereal but will pay for it!! Not to the point like him needing an epi pen (I'm sure he carries one now) but I won't be available for a short while, if you get my drift.

He broke his foot, that crap happens, like Simmons 2 years ago. The food allergy is just a bad luck thing. A serious thing, but bad luck.

I say it’s worse as the team hasn’t even spoken a word about it. Now I understand as it wasn’t a non basketball injury you can’t disclose much but the team can make a legitimate statement.

If you read the John Gonzalez ringer article, it means how no one on the team staff would even say anything

Simmons foot injury wasn’t that serious all things considered. He could’ve return in January that year (same as Zhaire) but sat out to keep his rookie status due to his Nike contract

should be fun tonight vs AD, hope he brings out the best in Jo

too many Fultz questions ?

Nah I don’t believe fultz himself said that. It’s unclear yet again, but Derek bodner said it was fultz’s “camp” who insinuated that
