This is a perception thing because TO ME, he has gotten plenty of flack for it.

Also, how much flack should someone get for actually being hurt? Not like they make a choice to get hurt out there.

Rockets defense and effort is what stood out to me. PJ obviously had a career game, but he's been perfect for Houston all year. He takes like almost 40% of his 3's from the corner and makes 40% of those. Trevor not being in foul trouble was huge as well.

But to me a huge storyline is CP being better than steph through two games. That's a big deal. If that continues (I don't think it will. Steph is due, primarily because I don't think he's hurt) then that changes the entire outlook on this series. Rox can win the series with GOAT KD / average steph. They can't if Steph goes brazy, which I think he will.

Yea you definitely expect to Steph to start hitting these shots.

But Houston will continue to make them uncomfortable if they get the ball over halfcourt before 16 and stay locked in defensively. Time will tell

They basically iso'd just as much as they did in game 1. The difference was, was that they went from scoring 9 points on 18 spot ups in G1 to 39 points in 20 spot ups in game 2.

They made shots, defended better, and played harder.
