I dont have those channels for the NFL. They broadcast several programs that I like.

Prob work out and watch soccer.

but sunday is the chill day.. take it easy and watch football

football season is the best.. could go day drinking or something on saturday and have college football going on in the background and then chill out on sundays watch football catch yourself and get ready for work the next day

This isn't as swell a thing on the west coast. I'm glad I don't party like that anymore and especially on Saturday nights before football on Sunday. Being hungover when the games are on at 10am is not very fun. I like being clear headed and fresh.

Empire, The Resident, Mlb Baseball 60 Minutes, NCIS, Late Show with Stpehen Colbert, criminal minds, to name a few.
