The only people who expected this to be a "big summer" for the Mavs are the people that wanna get jokes off.

Everyone with a brain knew what this summer was going to be.

Coming out with Oubre, Bullock, Sterling and Moses Brown would be a damn decent offseason as far as where they stood with regards to collateral to make moves and the relative lack of names on the market.
