It's not a conditioning issue. I can't think of many players in the history of the league who can play that heliocentric, "I literally do everything for my team" style for an entire game. Young LeBron used to play a similar style in Cleveland (and he was a decent defender back in the day), Harden and Westbrook for that 3 your spin in OKC.



There's a reason why he gets worn down. He usually comes out strong and wears down over the course of a game. His primary issue is that he needs teammates who can contribute lol
