Because at best someone looking for "spark off the bench" might sign him but he's not making an all star game.

Dudes said a few pages back that Craw is old and shoots too much.

So just like Melo a couple of years ago, JC is done because the "consensus" says so. *shrug*

Is he "supposed" to be in the NBA? There's ONE 40 year old on an NBA roster right now and it is NOT because of his ability to currently play basketball.

Derozan vocally said he doesn't care about money anymore and is looking to win and he's from the area, the report was Lowry and him were willing to take paycuts to be there. Lowry is one of his best friends.
Westbrook would have to be a trade which most likely wouldn't work out since the Lakers assets are lacking, unless the Wiz are desperate to dump him and nobody else with pieces is interested.

The last time he was getting meaningful minutes he was averaging 8 points a game shooting under 40%. Skills don't last forever when you're keeping up with the best athletes in the world.
Lou is starting to look like he's on his way out the league soon too, but he can at least space the floor still. He's shooting 11% more from 3 at this point than Craw was that season in PHX.

The Melo situation was a combination of media writing him off and him not wanting to come off the bench anywhere if I remember correctly. But he also was having some really bad games in OKC and Houston that made it seems like he couldn't figure out how to transition into the late part of his career. I agree that it's ******** he was out the league for a little though.

The Melo situation was disgusting bc son got off to a bad start with a coach who he had previously clashed with and dudes suddenly said he was finished. Yes, Melo initially had a hard time transitioning but d***head didn't utilize him correctly either. You cut that man after 18 games or whatever it was? Pringles, Harden, and CP all deserve what they've gotten afterwards for that.

Vince, Tyson, and Dirk all got repeated chances and modified roles to remain successful.

Some of you (not you specifically) act like players just suddenly forget to play or something.
