Did Investment Banking TMT coverage for 2 years, transitioned into Private Equity (distressed debt, Leverage BO, principal investing & restructuring / strategic advisory) for 7 years. Started my own Private Equity firm (we focus on Tech) with a few of my older bosses a few years ago. We grew into a sizeable firm--have 4 office globally.

Lamar Jack still ain’t vaxed after getting COVID twice…He playing with his health and Ravens gon lose at least 2 games cuz yo out for thatNot to thread derail but it’s a lot more critical in the NFL because they play fewer games . So the difference between a 5-day quarantine beginning on a Tuesday vs. a Wednesday could be crucial. Then you got folks like Cam Newton who might lose their starting spot because they didn’t get the vaccine then the backup came out flourishing.
We also saw how it affected the NBA with players like Schröder. I’m waiting to see how either league reacts when it’s a household name.
How much houses cost on your side and Culver? …I need to move west alreadyAin’t nothing wrong with that. Used to only be down there for the Fox Hills Mall. Culver City nice these days.

IIRC the NBA thread once included a multi-page discussion of what sex acts dudes would perform on other men for what amount of money. There is no floor.
Average cost in Inglewood is a little less than 500k. Culver closer to a million . Inglewood went up a little because of the stadium and just the overall recent development of the city. How much houses cost on your side and Culver? …I need to move west already
Following up on this, and I don't follow football but it seems wild over there and they're just letting people do whatever.
Wonder what the NBA is gonna do.
I hate that you basically know it's gonna happenLamar Jack still ain’t vaxed after getting COVID twice…He playing with his health and Ravens gon lose at least 2 games cuz yo out for that
Scuse me?
500k would be the trenchez tho? I don’t need any gang activity, not used to that where in fromAverage cost in Inglewood is a little less than 500k. Culver closer to a million . Inglewood went up a little because of the stadium and just the overall recent development of the city.
Unsure if I walked into Fools Wildin thread or NBA Offseason thread.Scenario analysis on Magic Johnson taking down people's mom's is PEAK offseason.
Bruh the day is still early, our Cali brethren are just waking up. They always on one out there.Bruh. Just when I think the wildness has peaked, thread outdoes itself.
I’m thinking that there can’t possibly be another level to the shenanigans.

No guaranteeed pay, only 17 games and if you a starter that messes up the WHOLE gameplan …That’s even before you factor in all the bs they already put in their body just to hit the field, doesn’t make senseI don’t understand the logic of a football player resisting the vaccine
I know it’s probly crazy but what’s Santa Monica like? Say I get a job up UCLA, could I live there ?Property values in both neighborhoods probably going to continue to go up for the foreseeable future. Tech and entertainment businesses keep moving into Culver City - its hot right now.
They bash heads for a living but they dont think the vaccine is safe?I don’t understand the logic of a football player resisting the vaccine
It’s all private companies, they set the rules so yea if you don’t wanna get the shot it’s gon be consequences…Thats for any non govt job in this country so it’s all the same in this sports/office job scenarioI don't feel comfortable weighing in on who should do what, but if my job can basically tell me "get vaccinated or we're firing you" and it's becoming the sweeping mantra, then you can't expect sports to not do the same thing.
This is one of the few times in life where everyone's gotta play by the same rules.
