I was pretty surprised to see this myself, as I thought "Who would be doing that kinda **** at 60", but you'd be surprised man. A lot of these dudes married the first girl that said yes to them, kept them in a ball and chain throughout their marriage, kids finally grew up and left the crib, and the couple got the divorce.

Wife use to work for a doctor early in her career. Jewish dude married at the time probably late 40's/50's had all kinds of female "friends" all over the world, dude loved hitting up the Russian spots. Doctors really be out here competing with ball players for loose ways.

IIRC the NBA thread once included a multi-page discussion of what sex acts dudes would perform on other men for what amount of money. There is no floor.

I don't think you can get a house anywhere in Santa Monica anymore for under $1.5 million. Not sure about condos. Been a long time since I checked, but I'd guess the minimum you could rent a two beedroom partment there for would be $2,500/month and that probably would not get you something that nice.

Different loans have different types of fees associated, in conjunction with IBOR. We don't hand out the loans. It comes from the Investment Banks whom we work with. There's a Financial Sponsors group in each IB that works with PE firms and they facilitate these loans out to us.

There's usually several fees associated with these loans (eg. commitment, underwriting, upfront etc). They usually range from 0.25 - 1.75%. Again, all this is based on utilization and draw downs based on IBOR.

yea this seems like it would be semi normal..
Once the kids are grown, if the man has plenty of bread, more often than not the wife is gonna be fat, washed up, annoying, not giving up the crusty beaver, they probably tired of each other after that many years. 50-60 years old is still young enough to put in work if he takes care of his health

My dog been in the league for like 8 years and hasn't signed yet.
He told me every team reaching out asked if he was vaccinated.
The ones he told no, he never heard from again. Straight up cut off all communication.
If you aren't a superstar player, or past your prime, you have to fall in line. Simple as that.
