bruh warriors fans on twitter and local radio been mad at Lacob for not paying GP2. dudes out here pocket watchin and trying to spend another person’s money. i can’t even be mad at joey lightyears. warriors’ repeater tax would’ve made GP2’s contract cost 7x more than what he was actually paid. 2 years/20million would’ve set warriors’ FO back $140 million. i understand their decision.

folks need to demonstrate this level of anger with tax avoidance when bezos and zuckerburg are dodging taxes.. but that’s a different thread
