This one would be hard because players get bench for none performance ....

But maybe work something out in contracts where players sign a contract or are traded are guaranteed minutes the current team or team to be traded or be boughtout if an agreement is reached.

No reason players should be ****ed and benched because the team is moving a different direction/ tanking / rebuilding.
