They’re quite literally not overpaid.

Unless you think the 50/50 revenue split should be 90/10 in the owners favor

I remember I was at my uncle's house in Plano and I refused to leave the air conditioned house while everyone else was in the backyard. Thankfully it wasn't that humid, it honestly felt like a hot day in Sacramento. Took me 3 days to get acclimated.
