Consensual doesn't mean appropriate. A higher up having sex with a subordinate is legal but it shouldn't happen.

Also, consent is consent until it's not. Just cause someone was good with it last week doesn't mean they are now. Not really sure how/why people are blaming the woman.

this seems more and more likely a power tripping exec who got cheated on using the rules to their advantage. its a black man i promise you anything other than consensual would be out there and not just suspensions would be looked at. Ime is incredibly unprofessional for this but its definitely not the first time this has happened (tony parker, jrich, prolly dozens more tbh) but it is the first time i can remember the team having this reaction
