No. He should be in his office doing his job which is a 24/7 commitment. This isnt a supermarket the country doesnt close. He supposedly carries the most responsibility of anyone on earth yet he gets to walk around doing nonsense and taking stupid TikToks with the Jonas brothers. DUMB

Society allowing these people to become celebrities is insane. But I digress I cant change it so whatever but I surely don’t respect it.

Hold up

This not a bit. You for real? Wow :lol

Respect my brudda lol

No matter the job though, he's a human

Wrongful termination when it's a confirmed violation of company policy?
and according to SAS he was given a choice, resign/ take suspension...

so there doesn't seem to be a dispute that this happend
and also like SAS said, he files wrongful termination,

it gets worse for Ime not better.
discovery process im sure would be even more embarrassing
and im sure he'd never work in the NBA again

So the year suspension, after you let it leak and give all these vague statements.
to me seems goofy, it seems like a half measure splitting the baby type decision.

and if this was really done to get him to resign, that just seems like an all time
hustling backwards situation.
Like I said I don’t think you realize the hyper litigious nature of this. You think the Celtics would welcome discovery where Ime or victim’s counsel would be able to dig through thousands of emails that could possibly expose how long people in the organization actually knew about this relationship? It’s not as cut and dry as you are trying to portray it. And the potential ramifications here are for worse than the small bad pub that they’re receiving this week that will obviously blow over in today’s 24 hour news cycle and particularly within the soap opera that is the NBA.

I wouldn’t take my legal advice here from Stephen A Smith, I’m sorry. But do you my guy.

I don’t think it’s done to get him to re-sign. This is all about the Celtics covering their *** regarding exposure to lawsuits. No large corporate entity wants a high powered law firm to dig through thousands of their emails regarding an issue like this, especially when it seems like it was known that Ime was out here wildin

I truly have not run a bit in here.

Not this job. This job is supposedly the most serious job on earth. Go be serious.

Its wild that yall are cool with the president making tiktoks with the Jonas brothers and talking about what books he likes or doing to whoever knows where Delaware to play with his dogs. I can’t take it seriously, when he himself is not fully serious about the gravity of this job.

People, fans, media want transparency and when it's given they complain about it not being kept secret. No way to avoid it being a major story and journalists would've kept digging and asking their sources.

so what your saying is

the celtics may have internally handled the matter improperly,
which exposed them legally.

which eventually led to handling the matter externally with this bizarre baby splitting 1 year suspension compromise?

okay i buy that.

Stephen A. Smith did

well im not i didn't see SAS whole take,
you certainly can't fire him with zero explanation that doesn't make sense.

Things had to have gotten really messy behind the scenes though because no one is saying ****. Even Ime is choosing to stay quiet while clearly being forced out. Multiple violations with a married coworker in a post-MeToo world was more than unwise.

Well I’m not sure I’m saying the last part. I believe there will be a buyout negotiated
