nope, I was told they were in better condition then they came it but I did a good amount of cleaning and they were good once I did that

The "raiders" do look like Oakland's jersey IMO. I doubt that's the actual inspiration, but I see the correlation at least.
yeah i doubt very many GRs have any inspiration. Any colorway can be attributed to a multitude of likenesses. Marketing works though.

The contrast stitch on the midsole and the color/material/look of the toe box is what got me. The initial pic did them no justice whatsoever.
I would say if you can find them around $130-150 you're winning
