Given the Locks are also Fully Laced and Black sheep sold them separately, FL should probably drop them sometime this week or next as a separate accessory along with the lace pack. The only thing they've indicated as to a specific release date on their twitter is to "stay tuned for details."

not trying to be that guy BUT has anyone gotten shipping confirmation from BS?

I know they have a ton of sales to ship, but it's late on Tuesday and I'm guessing some stuff has made it out the door by now

My deck and extra laces are still processing, but I can't see the status of the shoes

I would say maybe they are just sending things out and not worried about sending update emails but I get notified when UPS or USPS is shipping to my address

They knew they were going to sell this much so wouldn't they call in reinforcements to get them out? Or is weather still an issue over there?

4 days after the sale so I hope some people are seeing movement

I'm just excited to get my stuff and I'm not great at waiting

Anyone know a good way to fix sole separation?

Use barge cement. Open up the area where the separation is occurring, spread some glue around the region, then keep the two surfaces separated for 10-15 min. After that time has passed, then press the separated surfaces together and keep it clamped for several hours (preferably overnight) to ensure strong curing. Here's a pic of the Barge cement and the clamp "method" I used a few weeks ago on my Shimas. Make sure the toe area is heavily stuffed, and place a firm piece of paper on the side(s) where glue was applied. You can also use masking tape to cover up areas where you don't want any possible excess glue to touch.
