Don't get married and never get screwed out of custody.
That was my point. Don't get screwed out of custody a.k.a don't just knock up anybody. You can still get screwed out of custody married or not
Can also still lose half, married or not.
Child support? Nah I mean losing assets as if it were a divorce. Some states consider folks who live together after a certain amount of time a common law couple and they're basically given similar rights. Both benefits and losses. You talkin CS?

Joint tenancyYou talkin CS?
No cape, but what if the women are divorcing because the husbands cheated or turned into degenerates? Why shouldn't they be awarded custody?

RealityThis thread scares me
This is assuming the husband is at fault. No cape, but what if the women are divorcing because the husbands cheated or turned into degenerates? Why shouldn't they be awarded custody?

I'll always have a bigger issue with the cognitive dissonance of punitive child support and one sided abortion.
There was a comedian who said that if the man wanted to abort the pregnancy then he shouldnt be forced to pay CS if she decides to keep it.
Why should any spouse be awarded custody of a child based on who cheated? What does that have to do with being a parent? No cape, but what if the women are divorcing because the husbands cheated or turned into degenerates? Why shouldn't they be awarded custody?
