Crazy seeing people still getting married in their 20s-early 30s even with all the stats we know. It's like if someone told you that if you invest all your life savings into a stock, there's a 60% chance you lose all of it and you still invested.

Im 35, was engaged once.
People always ask me why I'm not married.....
It's because I know married people.
First 5 years always seem like bliss.

Child support? Nah I mean losing assets as if it were a divorce. Some states consider folks who live together after a certain amount of time a common law couple and they're basically given similar rights. Both benefits and losses.

Why should any spouse be awarded custody of a child based on who cheated? What does that have to do with being a parent?
Being a degenerate has different definitions though. Depends what you mean as far as having custody.
