I cant get Frenzy on Android, but is it even legit?  Same as Copdate?  Just enter and its random if you get?  Or is it FCFS on whoever enters first into the app?

Yeah it's legit. The app partners up with retailers and they release the stock through the app trying to curb bot purchases. It's FCFS basically. Once the timer counts down you try to checkout and just hope to get through

The last few OTH frenzy drops have said ships from Montreal but I wasn't able to place an order because I was outside of the Country..

That's odd their shipping policies say they ship to the U.S. So it shouldn't be a problem
