What are thethe steps to go about it? Please share.

It's been discussed plenty of times man, I'm not saying it works 100% of the time, but it includes: multiple browsers, no refreshing, keep an eye on your web browser crashing but looking like it's in the queue, when it goes live, etc.

At the end of the day, everything is up to chance, but I've ate once I started being patient and remembering those things.
