Thanks. Hope you get your **** back man.
Let's say you sold an item for $200. How much does eBay and Paypal get?
i dont understand how paypal sides with the buyer calling an item fake? especially not sending the item back?
i thought if you claimed an item fake you had to show proof from nike, etc?
I'm telling you now, that's is not the case. He claimed fake, I said prove it, I provide 100 reason and 100 differences between fakes vs real,..... Bam, -230 out of my Paypal account and an eBay case open just because.
Just putting this out there... http://poopsenders.com/order/

lesson of this is make craigslist your number one friend...never done business on ebay and dont expect to start
Paypal is 3% and eBay FVF is 11% last I checked but I think they raise it again soon.
And yea, I have similar stories, the most recent on a $700 laptop. Dude did finally send it back though, after pirating all the parts out of it. So then I just sell it as "for parts or not working" to salvage whatever value I can get out of it, making videos and tons of pics showing the condition and explaining it about the laptop and the new buyer still leaves me a negative feedback.
This happened to me back in '06. Sold a pair of J's to a dude in China, but didn't ship Global EMS (the only international shipping with tracking) because the postal clerk told me that they didn't offer international shipping with tracking.
The buyer was in complete contact with me up until I told him they shipped. Never heard from dude again and got a chargeback a few days later. My Paypal account was charged and put in the negative. So it was either pay Paypal back AND have no shoes to show for it, or just let it be negative and never use that account again. I chose the latter. It isn't on my credit and it never went to collections.
A few months later I got a new eBay name and opened up a Paypal account with a different email address and I've had no issues.
Moral of the story: withdrawal the money IMMEDIATELY to your bank account. And eff that postal clerk--to this day I purposefully avoid him when I hit that post office up.
Update: This dude had the nerve to reply to his positive feedback and put I sold him a fake bag with a fake receipt, I bought the bag from the Gucci outlet here in Florida and even included the gift receipt to prove it's real. This dude not only stole from me, he is trying to tarnish my name.

This is honestly the most I've ever been pissed in my life. The stuff is authentic and this dude is coming at my neck. Thank god I have my career and don't have to rely on eBay anymore, but it's just the moral.
Glad to hear to the news, it's a damn shame it took that long to do what they should have done from the jump.Update: After 4 months Paypal ruled in my favor and returned the money..I was not expecting this, I honestly took the L and kept it moving and now this!
