Yes and no. The creases dont form in the toebox but creases definitely form more toward your arch, where the plastic part of the sneaker shields end. I purchased a 4 pack, years ago, but only used one pair bc I don’t like where the creases form with shields. I’ve also come to appreciate nice toebox creasing. I’ve noticed that when I walk really carefully to avoid creasing, creases form in WEIRD places, but when I wear my shoes and naturally let them bend/crease, they always look great. The shields also made my feet sweat like crazy-and there was always a layer of nasty sweat/condensation on the shields after I wore my kicks(TB 3s). After I took them out, the creases that formed looked amazing. Shoes are also FARRRRRR MORE comfortable without sneaker shields.
Don’t waste money on sneaker shields, get a couple of pairs of cedar shoe trees=awesome advice
