for me i lean towards the Unions bc im simply not a fan of orange like that. as a NYY fan the SBBs gave too much of an orioles/giants vibe

The union leather doesn’t come close to SBB leather so overall the quality on SBB is better.

The appearance of “softer” butter leather comes from the backing or thinner padding.it mimicks the “quality” of casual sneakers.

I prefer the quality of the unions bc it’s basically the same leatheras SBB w more substantial structure and padding.

Shoes and packaging are fire, leather quality is garbage (like all Nikes). Maybe my favorite sneaker of the year. (Got the black toes as well, but feel they’re too close to the normal black toes.)
