when I went to pick my pair at SP a pissed off dude came back to return his size 12 because the patent leather had the “dirty greasy faded” look, it was real bad. Felt bad for him.

Airbag was popped and half the sole was separated so I decided to salvage them. We're not super obsessed with sneakers so their fine.

This was what I got on my 2019’s. Looks kinda like what they got hit with. I was able to clean it up so I kept them. Now I’m dying to know what the hell happened at the factory to where this could have happened. It's all good. Timmy was great with the bank too. Pippen hit it more consistently from a longer range if memory serves me right. Big Pippen fan but only watched Duncan when he was forced on me lol. The shot was open but f it, 15 footer glass. Good. That was Pippen.

My theory. There was a shipment that came across the ocean with out temp control. The ice cold air caused the pl reaction based upon what they put on the pl. A **** ton of pairs had this problem. Resulting in a lot of delayed shipments. They wiped down most of them and a rare few didnt get the treatment.

no inside info, but i really believe that the '20 holiday release wont have patent leather. IMO

Crazy that there hasn't been any real restocks. I copped my 2nd pair of Concords at a local HOH from a restock a month after release date.

I think JB is taking back all the returns and stacking them for re-release during All Star break. Nike outlets that were getting these returned from customers in person couldn’t sell them and were instructed to send them back to Nike.

was kinda thinking the same and wouldn’t be a reach. In this span we’ve also gotten those prm. grey suede, and platinum tint suede joints. Didn’t like either! cap & gown + win like pairs were dope and nice additions.
the joy I’d have if they did a proper Columbia in this form and cool grey.

to me, it just doesnt make sense to do basically a silver jumpman space jam. so i'm thinking the PL portion has to be suede or some type of marbling etc etc. we shall see
