AIR JORDAN 12 Cherry Holiday 2023 - Release October 28, 2023 - Good Luck!!!

Shirt arrived today. The black color is noticeably faded when exposed to the light but it's not an issue to me. Now I've got Chicago Bulls tees from 1990/91, 1995, 1996 and 1997. Still need to fill in the gaps but it's hard finding some of these vintage tees in my size.

The fade makes the shirt better imo
I agree. It not only further nails the vintage look but also makes it so that there is a variance in color saturation so if I were to wear the shirt with black pants, there'd be some nice contrast going on to keep the fit from being almost entirely monotone.

I wore my 1997 Obsidians to work recently on an easy office day where I was primarily walking around on carpet not doing much, and they definitely feel like 27 year old shoes lol. Whatever is left of the zoom bags ain’t doin a lot if they aren’t turned completely to dust internally. They held up okay though. Wouldn’t wanna play ball or something in them, but for sitting around they’re good.

Those old zoom air units in the OG 12 are cooked. The plastic shell around the tensile thread has cracked, so I put replacement zoom air units in mine. It's a huge difference in their comfort.

What’s bulky about the OG’s?

OG 12's were meant to be a bulky mid cut shoe, the overall shape of the shoe depends on the shoe factory it came from .

The Varsity Reds and the Playoffs are from the same factory in Taiwan. The Taxi's are from China.

•Top pair is from China
•Bottom pair is from Taiwan

You can clearly see the differences in the shape, height, the slope of the toebox, and even the angle of stitching of the rays near the metal lace holes. It's those differences that give the China pair a much slimmer look than the Taiwan Playoffs.

Do you wear them unlaced like that?
Should I? Do you think I'd look cool if I did? Jokes aside though, no. I just unlace my DS shoes because Nike loves putting certain shoes in a stranglehold which can sometimes cause noticeable imperfections on shoes. (E.g. One shoe from my pair of '22 Cardinal 7s having an indent on the neoprene tongue because of the knot the laces came tied in.)

Super old Nikon D3200 I gave to my son but he doesn’t use it much.
Look into Nikon D7200, it’s a bit on the intermediate side of cameras but easy to pick up and learn with enough time and dedication. It’s not always the camera it’s the lens and editing style.

If you don’t mind me asking, what camera is you using? Might be a Christmas gift to myself.

I still have my Nikon D3200 and I love it. Bought it back in 2013 and its true.. its all about the lens and editing techniques.
