Air Jordan 5 OG “Black Metallic” Reimagined 2025 !

im a little disappointed that the edges of the material arent 3m (although im not entirely convinced that theyre not) but idk the shoe still looks clean to me. the lines just add just enough detail for a pop of contrast. id say my biggest dislike of the shoe is the aggressively icey blue soles. but im still going to cop

This is what I'm saying. I think maybe people were expecting like rolled 3M piping like on running shoes and instead it's reflective paint? Similar to the Powder 9's having the blue edge lines?

the lines not being 3m just detract from the "reimagined" angle, not from the shoe itself for me. it makes it seem like the only thing they really did was add the nike air in plastic on the back lol it in someways im cool with that because they could have gone left in so many different ways lol

Wait. So after all that, it’s not 3M piping? Why even make the NA heel that way, then? Why not just do them entirely right? 🤦‍♂️

These are barely reimagined. Just a couple of unnecessary tweaks. :smh:

I agree, they should’ve just released the original (which we wanted) instead of a material change and reflective Nike Air.

Something about the entire shape looks different. Shoe looks narrower with a better top eyelet to toe box slant whereas the early pairs looked boxy in general. I do think they are using a new/different last with these based on what I’m seeing.
