Air Jordan 6 retro “Carmine” - Nike Air - February 13, 2021

SNKRS restock pair landed yesterday
Paint looks white in 4k and magenta in 1080p
There's a slight QC issue that I want to see if any of you notice
SNKRS pair came yesterday. Pink tint. Still keeping them lmao.

That’s wild! Foot Locker Brand stores had to return all of their Pink pairs (of course, most didn’t), and Nike resold them anyway! Lol

I know most of these are Customer returns, but still...

I’m happy. Shout out to everyone that’s 30 this year

If it’s true that Nike is repainting and re-releasing pairs, would the repainted midsoles be more, or less durable than the original soles?
I got one pair from the initial drop, and a 2nd pair from the SNKRS restock. The restock pair appears to have a thicker layer of paint on the midsole. Wondering if the thicker paint would be more susceptible to cracking?

I don’t think it’s happening bro. My restock pair was unquestionably pink.

I wouldn't be surprised if they made that Nike lady's son repaint all the midsoles as punishment 🎨:emoji_paintbrush:

Yep thats it
I think its some of the foam used for the tongue
Is that even a big deal? Can't you just trim it off?

Nike def repainted mines I can smell it
Yeah, there's no way they're repainting these. The factories are overseas, not in Memphis or Indiana where shoes are returned to. Plus, repainting soles while attached to the uppers would be a hugely time-consuming process. It's not happening.

Restock pack came in yesterday, just had a chance to check em out. Pink no pink I really dgaf, love em . ‘91 Carmine’s was the pair that started it all for me 2nd grade lol. Feet wasn’t even big enough for Nike air yet. Think mines were “ Sky Jordans.” I think I still got a couple more years left in these CDP’s before the 21’s go into rotation.

Kind of sad. My restock pair got cancelled. I had a feeling they were going to be after seeing people receive theirs. Didn't hit on release, and when I do on a restock, they get cancelled lol. Sucks. Maybe I'll pay resell down the line.

Got my restock pair in, definitely a delayed W. I don’t really see a pink hue but honestly it can bleed through over time. I’ll just keep some angelus on deck. Took a few comparison picks with my 2014s. So I’ve missed no OG NA Colorways since 2015, all is rightwith the world. Time to off these 2014s.
