Honestly i dont care who what and how many ladies were all over you simply because I dont know you or where your from. And im 99.9% sure its not even in my state (still wouldnt care regardless)

The plastic bags were to protect them from the rain, apparently they had a short random down pour during the event. That's just what I read.
