Am I the only person worried about the plastic piece coming across the side of the ankle? These have blister city written all over them.
 
Shoe looks to be beasts on court. I like how they paid homage to the XX8s ride, basically saying 'we needed to get the shoe back to that performance level'.
 
Looks modern and classic at the same time. I don't know what else you want. If they perform, then it's a winner. Russ doesnt hurt either. This actually gives me A LOT of hope that the 33 is gonna do Tinker's first J proud.

Performance isn't a big thing for me as I don't play basketball recreational, at least haven't in a long time.

I just would have expected a new or something more unique in design. This is an improvement over the XXXIs though.
 
At first I was worried about the traction due to the icy sole. After looking at the pattern I'm not worried anymore, they look like the 30's and they had great traction.
 
The blk/red pair are clean. It's time to knock off the all red cw's for a while
