i grew my hair for just under 3 years, I had slim thug- like braids,the women loved my hair cuz i was 1/4 indian, some were even jealous. but I cut it lastyear. so many females were mad %!! hell that day when i came to school with a clean cut.

Do you have split ends? Maybe a little trimming will boost growth..
Washing your hair often also slows down growth, but not completely..

I had a buzz cut my whole life with the #1 all over, but been lettin it grow since april this year, and im at a lil over two inches. I wish I would have doneit earlier though, because Im a senior in HS now and my parents keep givin me %#+# about how Ill never find a job with long hair.
Im growin it to get dreads though. A couple of my people have some LONG ones. My one homie has them down to his waist, and one of my dudes from Africa has themto his knees, looks so PIFF, but I dont want mine longer than like mid-back. Too bad it takes so long. I need something to make this %%$ grow out faster too.

Not having straight hair ftl. Been wanting to grow my hair out for a while but have no idea what I would do with it. Braids aint my steez and neither aredreads, thought about just wearing it like benny off COD but idk.

I had long hair my whole life. I used to have the bowl haircut and my mother was my barber (it would always end up crooked)
I had that until 7th grade
. Shaved it all in the 8th, the current gf at the time broke up with me the next dayat school
ha. I grew it back a good length then got a mohawk. Fromthere i grew it out, never had it trim again. Then like 6 months ago, i went to the salon and got dreads
. I'm ASIAN if that matters.
