That's why I usually wait until like 10PM tonight/next day to update my phone.
Because people like to have the latest and greatest before everyone else AND if you are one of those people, and don't get it tomorrow AM, you'll be waiting until like mid next month or later for your specific color/model etc as Apple purposely constrains inventory at launch to evaluate demand each year.

Volume level on the side of the screen instead of the big ol box in the middle of the screen is the best thing I’ve seen so far on ios13.
