i think my computer replaces a backup everytime with the same file and only once in awhile makes a new file to store on the computer which is very stupid unless the one i made last night is stored somewhere which im starting to highly doubt
I'm having the same problem. Freakin itunes is a pos. Why would it save my damn backups from 3 years ago but not the one from last week. Makes no damn sense. Might have to do a backup from september and i'll lose a bunch of stuff.

Hey, this is random but I wanted to know if it's a bad idea to buy an iPad at this time? Like, are you guys expecting a refresh of the iPad line soon? I want to buy one but I'd rather not do it if Apple is going to upgrade them soon.

same here man, it still doesnt save a main back up. it has a May 22nd back up and a June 12th then it has the normal backup which gets updated everytime i plug in so bascially if i change to a different OS and sync it will overwrite that back up and will have to go back to the june 12th backup.

Btw, sn0wbreeze 2.9.15 works and gives untethered JB for 6.1.4. I don't know of any of the legit tools out there but this one works for those coming back from ios 7.

Nvrmnd, it's a trap. I just had to do a system restore. It puts some kind of cydia variant on the phone that's sketchy as hell. Should have known since it wasn't on ih8snow.

I'm just not excited about iOS 7 at all. A lot of the things that are deemed new, I was doing on my iOS 5 jailbreak. The new UI looks like a jailbreak theme from winterboard or springboard, I had the opaque notification screen in 2012 when I was messing with barrel and gravity board and all those other jailbreaks. I'm jus using iOS 6.1.4 now. I'm done with jailbreaks and now the iPhone is just another phone. Smh

I registered my UDID and was able to do it OTA. So far, it is noticeably smoother and not as choppy as the first run. Switching between apps is more fluent as well. With the first run, I noticed my wifi was very sketchy (to the point I just turned it off completely). That has seemingly improved as well. I haven't dropped wifi since I've updated.
Some of the animations are slightly different. When sending it message, no more "stepping up". It is now more natural looking.
One last thing, it seems a bit more difficult to pull up the control center now. you now have to "mean" to pull it up in order to do so. Previously, I would pull my phone out of my pocket at random times it would be on the camera, calculator, and a couple times it even started playing my iPod at work! Needless to say, that is a plus in my book....

PS. I did the OTA update w/o any UDID or registration stuff. Once you have iOS 7 beta 1 running, you can update via OTA
