I don't think the point of this lawsuit is the money itself, sure $4 Billion is alarming and raises attention, but that's the point. To raise awarenessand inform the people that her (and others) actions were racist and some did find it offensive. If she and others ignorantaly go about doing this withoutlearning the effects of their choices, they probably won't stop and see how what they are doing is harmful.

The "slanted eyes" is how the people were born, nothing they could control... just like your name, skin color, etc, etc... To make fun of that isinconsiderate and ignorant.

Trying to shed some light on the $4 bil number:

The minimum damages for a class action lawsuit per person is $4000. It was filed for all Asians in LA county and i guess they're assuming that's about1 million people, hence $4 billion!

On a side note, I feel like this Asian kid in the picture completely captures what the experience of growing up Asian in America is all about.
