That sucks. A coworker of mine would have loved that stuff probably. He runs marathons and wears Gel Noosa's and the reflective jacket gear to work and he always talking Asics with me when I wear mine on Fridays haha

So the Goretex pack is a GR and dropping soon in EU. Does that mean its an int'l GR? Or just an EU GR like the CMYK pack? Anyone have info on this? TIA.

Only time will tell but most releases drop in Europe a few months before they make it to the states. Patience is always key.

seeing those poor man's miamis in hand, I have to say I was not impressed by the quality, the material (suede I suppose) looked very dull and not something I would go for. Just my two cents (They have them in store in Europe)

Personal opinion, they look unproportioned and super long like canoes in the second pic; however, that said, there are several shoes that didn't look so hot to me, but on foot the completely changed my initial judgement. Could be the angle of the shot, too.

the yellow on the stripes isn't that vibrant in person. kind of kills the shoe for me.
the kayano is a cool shoe, but being an 11, the proportions of the shoe get stretched and its kind of weird.

Beautiful pic, man! I may use that as a wallpaper, if you didn't mind. I'll probably get lynched, but the only shoe in that lineup I couldn't get down with are the Pistacios and did care too much for the Embers either. My version of your pic has a minor adjustment.

Got my Santa Gel Sagas in. They're quite nice, except for some rough glue stains on one of them. The suede is nice, the normal leather is really stiff and tough (feels really solid), and there's some great detailing on the stripes, heel cup (looks sorta like the Koyos heel cup, but with less-pronounced "crinkling") and insoles. I'll post pics later after dinner.

Agreed. I went with a 10.5 in the Packer collab which was a mistake, should have gone down to 10. I couldn't imagine the 10 fitting width-wise, so I just sold them and haven't grabbed another Kayano since.
