true to size,just did a quick comparison(gel lyte 3) on foot and id say if anything size up not down but same size as gel lyte 3 works for me

edit native gl3 size is perfect for me, although this is my first time putting them on and im wearing extremely thin socks, i can give you a better determination when i throw on regular socks
