from here to last december ive cashed like 3 checks there and every time i cash it i swipe my boa debit card..

if i go to boa can they tell me the amount that each check was?

^ Yes. They should have a history of the transactions and should even have images of the checks.

Online all I see is the checks that get direct deposit from my job but checks that were Just cashed and not deposited

go to your local bofa branch and a personal banker can use a tool called imageview to see cashed checks. your welcome.
