Maaaaaannn the 7's are the best IMO and the 13's are very nice. On the other hand, Im going to say the worst is either the upcoming 20's or the21's.

Carmines over rated but a good quality OG release,

Best by far was my IVs I have the 99s but still copped 3 packs wit discount, picked up the 3rd pack yesterday, couldn't resist the sale price
III and the IVs will be the best packs and 3rd comes the 11s

Agreed... Looks better than what I saw before.... I know some peeps been buying the 3s for $210+, so it might actually be worth it to buy the whole package...
