The whole anti-education front black people put is on is most def ftl. And our "celebrities" are doing about as much damage as the white peopletrying to keep us down.

Agreed, there are lots of problems but on the entertainment aspect of America (i.e. Sports, music, etc...) black people, it seems, are the most successful.Just adding a more positive note to this topic.

What are you saying Haze? You just highlighted me saying that people need to worry about the sufferings and empowerment of people collectively (whichI still argue in favor of), as opposed to only focusing on individual problems.

The flaw that I mentioned is the guy's knack for acknowledging the problems of black America only, when every race suffers. If pointingthat out makes me an uncle tom, then NT'ers are more backwards than I thought. If insisting that people, regardless of race, need to come togetherto make things better for each other makes me an uncle tom, then call me Ruckus.

Also, notice dude only pointed out what I said in my PMs (which was the mature way to debate things through). Nothing quoted was his own content fromthe thread that caused me to PM in the first place.

Dudes posts a pic and has the simple minded nt'ers going crazy. Simple things for simple people.

Everything that is bolded is way to progressive for some people and that's why it gets thrown out the window and ignored. People are onlyworried about themselves, while seemingly only a select few see the bigger picture and realize that we could do much better together than we can ever do apart.

Its just a whole lotta !@*!....home, neighborhood, outside our reach

Stop crying B.

You're the one who called out my name, out of the blue. Now you want to talk about being mature?

Those are word for word the first 3 posts in out conversation. I didn't omit anything. After that I said you failed by not reading the thread and proceededto cut your ignorant $++ off.

Its funny that you have this grand one world vision on moment...then the next your ranting about how black people need to do better. Why doesn't everyoneneed to do better in those cases? Why do only black people need to focus more on education and not everyone? We have unique problems but can't have uniquesolutions?

Nothing you say makes sense.

Yes every group has problems but different groups have different histories, unique circumstances and different perspectives. There are global problems andtheir are problems inherent to specific groups. When someone calls for a discussion of black situations or history, its not an exclusion of others historiesand circumstances...its just a focused discussion, which needs to take place.

There is global poverty and economic distress but the extent and circumstances are different in each territory. Thats why American's discuss Americanbudget problems, Indians discuss India economic situations, so on and so on. If a person has brain cancer...are you going to cut off their big toe in hopes offixing the problem? No you're going to deal with their brain.

Thats common logic to anyone except Uncle Toms such as yourself. The only time you see it fit for the word Black to preface a discussion is when we are beingportrayed in a negative light and our problems are being aired out...you really came into this thread with your chest poked out. Feeling statisifed to see thiskind of thread. Check your self fam. Your mentality is poisionous.

Shooting down an extremely positive thread about the black experience and making a post glorying "gangster-ness".

You serious?

I don't watch BET anymore just because I don't like it's programming. But I don't see why people act like they should be obligated to not watchBET. If you can watch it and still be "positive" (or whatever the antithesis to what people think the typical black person is), then what is theproblem? Why should everything involving us need to be a positive role model? That's an unrealistic expectation, as much so as every depiction of usinvolving some sort of violence and general nonconformance to what's "acceptable."

Dead serious.

From the very first time I pm'ed you, I asked a simple question: when will the collective problems of society supercede the problems of individual factionsof the society? In a nut shell, that's what I asked. You gave me half-assed responses in the PM, where there was a real chance for uninterrupted debate, yet follow me from thread to thread? The rolling smiley faces are all you're gunning for.

The original post made by YOU only mentioned the empowerment of blacks. I didn't want to thread jack, so I PMed you with my original question, and whathappens? You quit because I didn't read every single post in that thread? Get real man.

The problem with you is that you want to ignore what black people are doing to remain stagnant, and blame the problems of Black America on other races.

The difference between me and you is that I recognize the need to uplift everyone, while you (as I said before) are only interested in getting a one up onother races.

You love the attention brother.

I've said it time and time again, Youtube/ B.E.T. are some of the most misused mediums of communications for Black People.

I stopped watching BET a long time ago...I can't get down with that tomfoolery.
And I am 2 seconds away from checking the "other" box if we keep this foolishness up..

The people at BET don't about dark-skinned color people. or as you would say it "black" people, they only chase money and do not worry about thestruggles of others. I guess the first step to it is forget about skin color. Who cares about it, who cares about race. We're all human beings, keepfighting amongst ourselves and this species will be dead in less than 200 years.

I love attention...but YOU CALLED OUT MY NAME.

I wasn't even going to reply to this thread,

Anyone who reads my posts know that I cut both ways and constantly call for our people to do better....but not in the counter-productive, uneducated way thatyou would like. You have white people gloating that they are white in contrast to our flawed "blackness" in here but you're cool with that.

I didn't waste my time with you then and I won't waste my time with you now because you are ignorant. Just like I told you in the PM....You criticize athread without reading the content and expect me to go the extra mile to engage in a civil discourse with you? Please. Its clear that you are set in yourways....you're a lost cause.
