The arm thing is an obvious gag. That was posted here on NT previously. The body modification scene is a real unusual and difficult one to comprehend at timesthough. Some of the things people do to themselves for one reason or another are completely out of this world. I won't even get into it, but suffice it tosay that it's not for the weak. And no it's not just white people doing that to themselves. This is something many indigenous cultures all the worldhave practiced throughout the the inception of humanity.
