If you are only going to browse it isnt a must. I'm planning on buying one, becasue I want to use CAd programs and PS on it and thats an area where mac is better.

I recommend Macs to people who are technologically challenged. It's easy to navigate and has a simple UI.

Today's society.
You could by a PC with the same specs as it's Mac counterpart and still upgrade it for less than the retail price of the Mac.

Wow.. you guys aren't making my decision any easier.. I wanted mac people to help me out, but I got people from both sides haha
I guess I'll see what's in my budget, if I can afford the Mac I'll try it out (worst case scenario I hate it and will return it) best case I love it and will keep it
