i paid 800 bucks for my core i7 set up as a hackintosh dual boot windows 7 and snow leopard
u pay 3x that amount for the same specs on a mac, does it seem reasonable to go for a mac?
windows 7 > snow leopard
windows 7 tool bar > snow leopard bar
aerosnap > spaces ( i absolutely love aerosnap especially for doing homework )
cleartype > Quartz ( this is very important )
for god sake aim takes up 200mb of ram in os x.
trust me windows 7 is that good

i've been pc since commodore. when i did the crossover, it was like a new beginning on life. and all i got is a reg. macbook. my girls mbp made me happy again. i'm sorry, mac's are just friendlier machines. everything i do just seems easy and free flowing.

if you are a person thats on top of the care of your computer then it really doesnt matter, a PC will work for you....if you want a damn work horse then a MAC is the only wayyy to go....ive had my g5 for about 3 years and still acts like a new....a PC never lasted me more than 1 year..
