I did LP over ten years ago... you couldn't touch them... it is a lawsuit if you got paper for a lawyer... they aren't authorized to touch you but they try to save the merchandise from leaving the store... slippery slope... Dude didn't leave the store yet so he's free game

When I worked at banana republic the mall had a no chase policy meaning if someone stole don't run after them and put your life in danger.. I swear I seen about 2 snatch and run per month almost like they knew
