Dallas police woman breaks into home of young man and shoots him to death Update: GUILTY of murder

Wait, its legal in Dallas??

They sell CBD hemp leaf in stores here. We just had a hemp expo here last weekend. Also anything under 2 oz. Is supposed to be treated as a small issue. Basically it's not a big deal anymore.

Still not an official test. They do have small kits but they are close to 10k per unit.
If the apartment smells like weed, unless she(Amber ) is a smoker, yet another indicator she's in the wrong place.

Why would a burglar being in your house stealing and smoking weed at the same time?

Imagine moving into an apartment complex that is directly across the street from the city's main police precinct
So in your mind you have nothing to worry about because who is going to break into your apartment that's right across the street from the MAIN DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT PRECINCT
Little do you know one night while eating ice cream on your couch a Dallas police officer will break into your apartment and shoot you in the chest

Given this current testimony right now, this police department should be sued civilly by the family for their investigation.

Officer Martin Rivera was Guyger's partner. They had also been involved in an intimate relationship in the past. Rivera said he was no longer in a sexual relationship with Guyger. Their text and call history was entered into evidence showing they had been flirting and sending sexually-explicit messages throughout the day. Guyger was on the phone with Rivera for more than 16 minutes on her way home. It was 3 minutes and 44 seconds between the end of her call with Rivera and the beginning of the 911 call when Guyger reported she had shot Jean. Guyger also texted Rivera twice while she was on the phone with 911.

Amber Guyger's 911 call played in court; dispatcher talks about taking call (5:30 mark):

She never once administered first aid.

She never once claimed he "charged at" her.

She never once claimed to "smell marijuana / fear for her life".

You know how this goes...If her police ties cant get her off then its gon be "she was off duty and a civilian, nothing to do with the Dallas PD"...but until then they gon keep playing up her job as a cop in all this

Are you watching the same Live TV that I am?? This dude sounds like he’s chewing on marbles while talking. He’s been asked twice already to speak up while giving his testimony. He’s mushed mouth as all can be.

Well at least he said the right words there.....”She said that she came in the wrong apartment”. The only valuable information this dude has given, but I’ll take it.

Is failing to administer first aid to a person in need also a crime in the US?
