Trying to quit period hasn't helped at all so I'm gonna start over tommorow. The goal is to last until Monday, so 3 days.

Then don't just quit fapping, get in the gym as well, or anything that shows progress over a period of time.

You get no real satisfaction out of porn and just drain yourself of energy that could be used instead towards bettering your situation.

You can do it fam, I believe in all of us. The only limitations you have are the ones you place on yourself. Conquer the mind, conquer the body.

Depression can be linked with low testosterone.

Sufficient zinc is needed to raise testosterone to normal levels.

Ejaculate can contain as much as 0.5 mg of zinc. The RDA for men is 15 mg.

Assuming you are getting the RDA for zinc through your diet on a daily basis, busting excessive nuts can put you at a deficit over time. You'll probably have bad skin also if you're deficient in zinc.

I would at least supplement with 10-20 mg of zinc if you're gonna masturbate.

This still doesn't address the brain. Your reward circuit is broken from all the fapping and porn. We're not supposed to be inundated with pleasure like we are these days. We can't even recognize real happiness anymore. When's the last time you saw a bird chilling on a stoop and felt good inside? Get back to that ****, fam.

Still in. Temptation to fap has drastically reduced.

I felt like crap on Wednesday (not sure if withdrawals).

Today, energy level has improved. Overall mood is more positive. A bit more confident.

Yesterday marked a week in for me. Days 5 and 6 we're rough man, the extra energy is bittersweet cuz i be up at 2 - 3 am laying in bed with the evilest thoughts in my head man smh. Those are the toughest moments when u have nothing to do... But preserving through those times > losing my superpowers
 
I would say the first week and the week after the first month is by far the hardest. When you beat those, you could do it forever with willpower.
