If they are indeed sanforized, do not soak. No need to. That will only get rid of excess starch and indigo, which is a no no for me, but if that's what you want, go for it. If they are unsanforized, a presoak is highly advised because when it comes time to wash them, they will shrink a lot and fades will be altered severely.

I don't know about the brand helmut, so I have no idea if they are sanforized or not. I tried googling but to no avail. Try researching them and find out.

and can you tell if they're sanforized just by the feel of the denim?
my pair is real stiff (pause) and heavy...
If they are sanforized, it won't be a problem because the shrinkage will be minimal.

There is no way to tell if they are sanforized or not by the feel of the denim.

My guess would be that they are sanforized. Where did you cop from?
copped them from Nordstrom Rack for $100, but retail was $260...

Nothing you really could have done.

being 6'1 and a 33/34 length FTW.
Being 5'8" FTL

i feel you...my inseam is really 31 but i have to sag my jeans somewhat otherwise they look like highwaters on my body, so i hem them to 30... stick with drycleaning every once in a while, they dont really shrink that way. and i know actual washing would make better fades but i dont like my denim to fade. my APCnew standards that i bought last september still look near brand new without any washes or dry cleans, ive probably put in 4 months total wear on tjem.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Can you tell me how they run please? Never owned a pair so I'm going to have to order them...How do they fit compared to sbs possibly?
Mowabb's run true to size.
I guess they fit like SB dunk high's but bigger than sb dunk low's.
oh the perils of flat footed-ness.

Ok so I'm going to buy some APC Rescue's within the next two day's. I was told I should size down. But how much sizing down. I wear a 36-38waist. Should I just go with ordering apc's with a 36 waist or lower?

Thanks in advance

Rescues stretch out the most out of all the other APCs. I wear a 33, but I got a 31 in APCs and they still stretched out a lot.

I dont want to really sag them. But after looking through my jeans I realized that I'm more of a 36 so would I be straight with a 35 or 34?

What I'm asking is that if I want them to be a 36 waist after multiple wears what Tagged size do I get in Rescue's?

sorry for the run around.

Thanks. I just ordered them off of Tobi. They were 15% off with the code AUG1509, just incase someone was interested

Only the waist will really stretch out, not every part of the denim, especially since its a Rescue fit, its a straight leg. APC are vanity sized so a 34 isreally a 36. Its up to you.

Anyone wanna school me on Evisu?
I remember it was real big in the hood a few years ago (most was fake though).
All I remember is dude's rockin real baggy fit's.
Is Evisu decent quality wise and do they make a slim fit raw jean?

That propaganda that Nudies has about not washing your jeans for 6 months is completely false. You should wash your jeans whenever you like.

Those are Japanese Evisu that are only sold in Japan. You can tell by the red tab on the right pocket. Because of a lawsuit with levis, Evisus sold outside ofJapan don't have em.
