it should be less than 30% capacity, they said even though thats the cap that they’ll be building up to it in the beginning so even better

when they do open, everythings probably gon’ be open thats not under refurbishment but they’ll run slower and efficiently by using less cars and such, like when its not crowded and they only use one side of star tours or less cars in space mt and incredicoaster

would suck if rotr are kept close or something
