Across the street they could serve alcohol and have 5 million different home brewed beers and weed so you could be faded in the rain while waiting in line wearing denim frayed Mickey ears.

never been but looking at some options, the villas at animal kingdom looks amazing, some has views with animals roaming around

I would definitely recommend staying at a Disney resort. Bus lines to all properties (except Disney springs) and you can plan your fast passes 60 days in advance with reservation in compared to 30 days without one

smells like the zoo.. if that bothers you go to another hotel.. id recommend port orleans.. you can take a boat straight to the magic kingdom or take the bus
