Pre wiz only people I knew who were smoking papers were either soft and barely smoked or 40+
. I just turned 25 so I'm talking about when people my age were younger. You can't deny blunts were way more common for people in their teens/twenties. When people were on the 90s/00s rap wave not a damb person was smoking papers. Up until like 2010. Maybe it was different in other places but that's how it was here in Boston. My first time smoking was a spliff in the staircase. I dont smoke anymore but blunts and papes were equal, time andplace for everything. Spliffs were quick and efficient way to get ripped. Mix in some grabba
