Yep. SSJ3 requires way too much energy on earth.

And for the person that escorted him... it's that witch... Roshi's sister.

Ha, this thread brings back a lot of memories. Just downloaded a bunch of Dragonball Kai episodes... definitely more fast paced. Only 10 episodes in andRaditz has already been killed and Vegeta/Nappa are already fighting with the Z fighters
