Dressing Better Vol 2.0

^ 48L is tough to work with. Do you shop at any mall brand spots like JCrew, etc.?

I'm thinking a sportscoat / blazer + neutral colored pants (navy / grey) would work well. I'll personally be rocking the inverse: grey blazer + navy plaid wool pants + burgundy captoes.

Dressing better NT bruhs, I need your help. Christmas party is next Saturday. I'd like to find a quality velvet (not polyester) coat for the party in either Navy, Green or Olive that isn't going to cost $800. Something I'll wear for one night and forget about. I'm a 48L, muscular frame. Pic for reference. Thanks in advance.

Velvet is tough, just wool and worsted wool. I'm a 48L also. I'll try harder tomorrow, just sitting here kind of depressed

edit: How bout this one, it's Polo

Thanks man. I'd appreciate it. Hope whatever is bothering you improves or you're able to shrug it off.

YOOOOOO!

You came through in the clutch homie!!! Found exactly what I was looking for.

Repped!

Glad I could help. Bookmark that sierratradingpost site though. I'm just not in the market so I didn't take advantage but when they have their clearances, they put those full suits (brands like RL Polo, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Hickey Freeman) on sale for $99

Lookin for some new black denim. Something with a small leg opening but not skin tight in the upper block and something comfy. I'm good off stiffass raws as I have a couple of pairs.

Anyone have experience with the express 1mx extra slim fit shirts? I usually wear a medium, but my neck is a little wide so I have to go up to a large. Might be the most affordable shirt that's really slim that I could find.

Thanks I actually had blk in mind but I've never tried them. Are all their jeans soft? What's the diff between 5 and 25?
5 = slim fit

25 = skinny fit

i like the fact that both are mid rise and not low rise as many of these tailored jeans can be at times.

i can't comment on if every jean is soft, but usually sites will display the material; assume any elastane means some sort of stretch material.

good luck bro

Worth it, solely due to the fact that they don't fade imo.
yea man over heard only good things bout da max jawnz

You mean max or cash/stay cash? Max is a cut and cash/stay cash is the color. Only bad thing about stay cash is they look like this after a wash and hang dry.

So much lint. Hit them with the roller though and they're good...until you come in contact with something else lol.

tried the max used cash before, they looked painted on (apc ns fits perfect in my thighs for reference)

Do you guys ever try on the packaged dress shirts in store? I'm talking about when they don't have shirts already out for you to try on. I always feel weird taking them out of the package, but I need to know how the shirt fits since each brand is a little different.
